REFUND POLICY

A: GEGEMART is committed to providing  a convenient online shopping experience to our customers. If you are unsatisfied/ change of mind with the product you can return any products in a re-saleable condition by posting it back to us within 14 days of receiving. If 14 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.

Eligible for a return:

  • Require a receipt or proof of  purchase 
  • Products are unopened, unused and does not affect the re-sale of goods
  • Products are defective or damaged
  • Received incorrectly products

Ineligible for a return:

  • Discount/clearance products
  • Perishable goods ( food, flowers)
  • Infant milk powders
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Free gifts
  • intimate or sanitary goods
  • hazardous materials
  • flammable liquids or gases

A: Unfortunately, We do not offer exchanges, we refund and ask to please place a new order.

A: Send your return request to hello@gegemart.com within 14 days of receiving include evidence of your receipt and order ID. The condition of the product will be reviewed by GEGEMART upon receiving it and the refund will proceed once the product has been approved. We will process the refund once we received your return item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please ensure that the product is new, unused, with no additional damage, and in the original box or packaging with no evidence of service, alteration, wear fragrance, or blemishes of any kind.

First we will identify what caused the error and resolve as follows:

1) Our Error (Rare; less than 0.1% of orders)

  • We will issue compensation refunds for affected products and their shipping amounts
    • We will give you Insider GEGE Rewards so you can get a free product on your next order as a thank you

 

2) Nobody’s Error
(Shipped perfectly with our service commitment but courier problem, delays, weather issue, customs etc.)

  • Negotiate to come to an agreement that is fair for both parties
  • Issue a credit for next order and Insider GEGE Rewards

 

3) Customer’s Error
(Mistake’s happen but don’t worry our team will resolve it quickly and easily for you! Address issue’s, unclaimed parcels etc.)

•Once issue is solved we will normally issue you Insider GEGE Rewards so you can get a free product next time!
