A: Each country has their own customs laws. It is of course the customers responsibility to abide by your local laws. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We ship all international orders delivery duties unpaid which means any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers.
However we try our best to support by:
-Labelling all parcels as a ‘gift’
-Lowering the declared value
-No invoice is included in the box unless requested
For Malaysia customers we have Special Couriers where customs tax is all included!
China and Taiwan orders require a National ID Upload as per Government Regulations.
Large Taiwan orders require multiple addresses to avoid tax.
A: At this point in time, we do not yet offer next day delivery but we offer different shipping option.
A: Unfortunately, this option is not available, we are running online business.
A: We do not cover the cost of return shipping. If in the case a return is necessary, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping fee. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
